Back onto shooting of song titles (without SymmetriCam). At the request of a Flickr friend, I am not going to give the answer here and will post it to my Flickr photostream later today or tomorrow if no one get it.

I already posted a shot this morning for today's Daily Shoot #349: "Today, let's illustrate the emotion of being happy. Make a photograph that represents happiness to you." However, this shot also satisfies the assignment. When Lin is happy, I am happy.

Puddles

6/18/10 - Day 182
Skies opened up today around 4pm and the aftermath was a messy walk to the train station.  Under protection of a canopy, I just started shooting feet walking through puddles.  I chose this one because the leading line of the reflection satisfies today's Daily Shoot assignment #215.

Motto

In keeping with the theme of Lin's shoes, this plaque was a gift from her friends.  They know her well.

Saved from Extinction

4/16/10 - Day 119
Today's Daily Shoot assignment saved these shoes.  Lin and I were searching for something colorful when she pulled these out of her tossaway pile.  They are now back in the closet...saved from extinction.  Check out my Smugmug gallery for the runner-up shot.

Blue Shoes

Another sidewalk-level, drizzling rain shot.  The blue slacks were a stroke of luck.  Take a look at my runner-up shot for today entitled "Red Laces".  Consistent with the instructions of today's Daily Shoot, these shots were taken with my small point & shoot.

Yellow & Black

Athletic shoes have to provide support and comfort...but these also look really cool and therefore qualify for today's Daily Shoot which calls for a "fashion photo".  Best pair I've owned for a long time.

The Great Giveaway

3/26/10 - Day 98
Shoes, shoes and more shoes.  After Lin spent a day cleaning out her closets, Goodwill and American Cancer Society thrift shops will once again be stocked.  In this one tranche, she is giving away more shoes than I own.  Good timing because today's Daily Shoot is to think of a subject beginning with the letters "D" or "S" and make a photo.

I was confused for a moment as to whether I was in Denver International Airport or Lin's shoe closet(s) at home.

Walking to the train from my office, I saw this woman's boot along the sidewalk and couldn't help but wonder where the other one was.  Did she finish her journey half-barefooted?  Odd.
