3/7/10 - Day 79
There is a great UK digital SLR photography magazine that sometimes describes different "projects." In this one, I suspended a small light from a thread in a dark room and took long exposures while the suspended light rotated. Every attempt created a different pattern. For some additional images, go to this Smugmug gallery. I plan to definitely explore this technique further.
Well done! All of my attempts at light painting look like a child's scribble -- this is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteMs Mgt - if you want to send me your email address, I'd be happy to scan the article and send it to you. This one is pretty basic - in the future, I plan to experiment with colored gels, different lenses, different light sources, etc.
ReplyDeletePosting your email address could lead to spam, so if you subscribe to this blog instead, I'll pick up the address and send you the article.
